It's been increasingly annoying to me that people who know nothing about science are allowed to blather on about what is and is not important for our planet. It is no wonder we are seventeenth in education (with 57% of our PhDs going to foreign students)and only first in two things: confidence and weapons. We live in a nation of cocky morons with guns. <br /><br />However, there are many great minds that give me hope. In example, Presidential candidate Dr. Jill Stein of the Green Party has outlined amazing ideas for our nation that are quite promising. Also, our current President has put a high priority on green energy and education, though, obviously, his hands are tied.
